Located in the heart of the Wynwood arts district, the new club-only space is a collection of eclectic buildings, unifiedby the previous owner into a single estateof nearly 1 acre, centred around theswimming pool.The Main House was converted from a 1940’s printing factory into a family home, and now houses the restaurant. The Loft was previously a two-story machine shop built in the 1960’s, and the Cottage is a 1926 Sears kit home featuring exposed Dade County pine and reclaimed wood floors. The youthful exuberance is embraced with pastel tones and floral motifs, playing up the contrast of this lush urban oasis with its industrial neighbourhood. Currently activated with pre-opening events for Art Basel Miami.
